Primal Eating is Nothing to Worry About
It’s been a while since I last posted and I’m not completely happy about that but I will be cracking on and getting the site back up to speed over the following week. Lots has been happening away from here and I have let it get in the way, although that is now over and I’m coming back full steam ahead.
In the meantime I wanted to share this infographic from Mark Sisson covering the main details of a primal diet and lifestyle. It’s a great take on the diet pyramid while also condensing how to plan food and exercise in a primal way.
It can be overwhelming at first wondering what you can or can’t eat when you follow a Paleo or Primal lifestyle as there are now so many personal views on the subject. The important thing to remember is that it is a blueprint. Experiment and find what works best for you. Listen to your body often, it will point you in the right direction. Give this a go for 21 days and do let me know how you feel at the end.
